Ingredients
  

  • For the Lamb Burgers:
  • 1 lb ground lamb meat
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small red onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • For the Feta Tzatziki:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/2 cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • For Serving:
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, red onion

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Tzatziki:
  • Combine yogurt, feta, cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Chill until serving.
  • Mix the Lamb Patties:
  • In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Cook the Burgers:
  • Grill or pan-fry patties for 4–5 minutes per side (medium doneness).
  • Assemble:
  • Toast buns, then layer with lettuce, lamb patty, tzatziki, and sliced veggies.

Notes

  • Substitutions: Use ground beef or turkey for a milder flavor.
  • Storage: Keep patties raw for up to 2 days or cooked for 3 days.
