- For the Lamb Burgers:
- 1 lb ground lamb meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small red onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- For the Feta Tzatziki:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cucumber grated and drained
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- For Serving:
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce tomato, red onion
Prepare the Tzatziki:
Combine yogurt, feta, cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Chill until serving.
Mix the Lamb Patties:
In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
Cook the Burgers:
Grill or pan-fry patties for 4–5 minutes per side (medium doneness).
Assemble:
